Hello! I’m Chanel Viljoen — Founder and Co-Owner of Little Movers and Groovers.

I hold a BSc in Consumer Science with Business Management, but it was only after graduating that I found my true passion: watching young children grow and explore the world around them. It amazes me how each child learns, plays, and experiences life in their own unique way.

With over four years of hands-on experience working with little ones, I saw the need for simple, fun, and learn-through-play activities that are easy to use at home. I’ve always dreamed of creating something meaningful — something that supports both children and parents.

I love planning, organising, and creating with purpose. With a strong eye for design and detail, I pour my heart into developing products that inspire learning through play.

My goal is to make life easier for parents, au pairs and anyone caring for young children — whether at home, on the go, or needing a quick moment to breath. 

 

Hi, I’m Douw Smit — Co-Owner of Little Movers and Groovers.

With a BCom in Economic and Risk Management and a background in logistics, retail, and customer service, I know what it takes to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes — from getting products out the door to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Little Movers and Groovers was born from my passion for entrepreneurship and creating something meaningful from the ground up. I’m focused on smart systems, excellent service, and delivering quality products that truly make a difference.
